Members and roles
Invite people, set their organization role, and remove them when they leave.
Inviting people
From Settings and then Members, invite by email. Each invitation carries an organization role and arrives as a link from no-reply@notifications.pad.ai; an invited person who signs in with that email joins the organization. If an invitation does not arrive, see Security and sign-in.
Changing roles
Owners and admins change roles from the same page. See Organization settings for what each role can do.
Removing someone
Removing a member signs them out everywhere and ends their memberships and grants. Their contributions stay: documents, skills, and chat messages remain where they are.
