Write your first skill
Capture a task you do well as a playbook anyone can run with a slash.
Start from a task you repeat
Pick something you already do well and often: writing a proposal, triaging a bug report, drafting release notes.
Create the skill
Open Skills, switch to the pad the skill belongs in, and choose New. Name it, then write the instructions the way you would brief a new teammate: what good looks like, what to ask first, what to avoid.
Add supporting files
Attach templates, examples, or reference material the task needs. They travel with the skill.
Run it
In any chat that has the pad as a source, type a slash and pick the skill. Improve the instructions after each run; every save keeps a version.
