Connections
The tools your organization connected once and shares with the groups and people who need them.
A connection is a configured integration owned by your organization: a CRM, a calendar, a project tracker, a database, any tool with an MCP server, or a website the chat's browser signs in to. It is granted to the organization, to groups, or to individual people, and whoever holds it can use its tools in the chats they bring it into. Nobody ever sees a key.
Where connections live
Connections has its own row in the sidebar. The list shows every connection in the organization; each one has a General page, an Access page for grants, and a Tools page listing what it lends a chat.
Websites
A website connection keeps a signed-in session for a site with no API, so the chat's browser can work inside it as you.
Shared and personal accounts
Some tools run through one shared account the organization set up. Others act as each person's own account, which you link once, the first time you need it. See Personal accounts.
