Build a team Library
Turn the documents your team already has into knowledge every chat can draw on.
Pick the pad
Open Library in the sidebar and switch to the team's pad. Its members are the people who will draw on what you add.
Upload what exists
Drag in the processes, brand guidelines, specs, and FAQs the team already keeps elsewhere. Pad extracts the text so chats can search them.
Write the pages that were missing
Create pages for what lived only in people's heads. Pages are collaborative, so the team can write them together.
Let chats fill in the rest
When a chat produces something worth keeping, the model suggests a document for the pad. Editors publish the good ones and the Library grows from real work.
