Quickstart
Go from sign-in to a shared chat in a few minutes.
Sign in
Open app.pad.ai and sign in. If you are the first person from your company on Pad, you create the organization as part of onboarding. If your company is already on Pad, ask an admin to invite you and follow the link in the invitation email.
Add context
Give Pad what your team works with. Under Connections, add the tools you use every day (a CRM, a calendar, a project tracker, or any MCP server) so chats can act in them. Then put the documents your team relies on into a pad's Library, where every chat that draws on the pad can search them. Skills and memory build up from there as you work.
Invite your team
Invite people from Settings, put them in groups that mirror your org chart, and grant each group the pads and connections it needs. From then on, adding someone to a group hands them everything the group holds.
Start a chat
Every chat starts with all of your sources on: the pads you belong to and the connections you hold. Pick a model, ask your question, and switch any source off from the chat header if you do not want it in the conversation. Bring a teammate in by mentioning them with ⌘ Enter, or share an in-organization link.
