Connect a tool
Add a connection from the catalog or from an MCP server URL.
Choose the tool
Open Connections in the sidebar and choose Add connection. Pick the tool from the catalog, or choose Custom MCP server and paste its URL for anything else, including services your own team built (the custom MCP guide walks through it). For a site the model should use through its browser, choose Connect a website instead; see Website connections. A site that signs in through Google, Microsoft, or another provider takes Single sign-on as its sign-in method there, with the connection it signs in with picked or created in the same step.
Sign in once
For a shared account, sign in to the tool as the account the whole team should use. For tools that act as each person, you sign in with your own account and each teammate links theirs later.
Share it
Grant the connection to the groups and people who need it from its Access page. See Share access.
Who can manage a connection
The person who created a connection manages its settings and grants. Once it is granted beyond its creator, organization admins can manage it too, and only admins can grant a connection to the whole organization.
